Hatha & Restorative Yoga

Hello! I'm Nicola. I run small, beginner friendly yoga classes at the beautiful Yurt in Charfield (GL12 8ES) offering space to stretch out, relax & unwind. Come along for some feel good yoga!

Hatha Yoga is a slow, focused practise combining traditional postures and breathing techniques, both working together to encourage balance and harmony in both body and mind. In Sanskrit 'Ha' means Sun and 'Tha' means Moon, Combined, 'Hatha' translates as 'energy' or 'life force'.

Restorative Yoga is simply bliss! Deeply relaxing postures to encourage rest and relaxation.

The Yurt, Waterside, Charfield Mills, New Street, Charfield, GL12 8ES. 

Tucked away behind 'Rio Pools' it can be a bit of an adventure to find! Drive though the gate and round to the left of Rio Pools. Here you'll find a large metal, sliding gate. Once there, drive up to it and give me a call or send me a text and all will be revealed!
